This program is designed to assist young adults dealing with mental health or substance abuse problems who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. The dedicated staff provides case management and support to help individuals achieve their personal goals. Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge, requiring either no insurance or commercial insurance. Its goal is to empower young adults aged 18-26 through collaborative support and advocacy. Enrollment requires a completed Single Point of Access (SPOA) application, and services typically last for up to 18 months.
