Walk‑in mental‑health support center open weekdays in Kingston with drop‑in rooms offering many mental health support and wellness programs.

The Mental Health Association (MHA) in Ulster County provides walk‑in crisis support services with non-Clinical counselors, advocacy, and wellness programs for people with a mental health diagnosis through recreation, socialization, and educational opportunities.

Monday–Friday 9 AM – 4:30 PM (Closed on Holidays)

Programs and services offered:

Drop‑in center offering a safe space for respite.

On-site kitchen and cafeteria offer access to a healthy and hearty freshly cooked meal. Breakfast ($1.00) and Lunch ($2.00) are available daily, Monday through Friday, served fresh and delicious!

Free library and computer lab

Non-clinical Wellness Counselors to help navigate the mental health systems and advocate for clients
