
Supported Education Program (MHA)
The Supported Education Program provides support for students with psychiatric disabilities to help them navigate the higher-education environment.
The Supported Education program, also known as the A.C.E.S. (Academic Coaching for Education Success) program, is run by the Mental Health Association in Ulster and offers academic coaching to Ulster County residents with mental or emotional disabilities attending college. It assists students in managing college life and mental health.
Must be 18 years old
Have a diagnosed serious mental illness (SMI)
Have a desire to get a GED, enroll in college classes, or a certificate program
