MHA in Ulster County, Astor Services, Family of Woodstock and Northern Rivers provide Children’s Case Management Services that assess strengths, develop service plans and link children with serious emotional disturbance to treatment, housing and educational supports; applications are submitted through the Ulster County SPOA.
