A walk-in crisis center for anyone experiencing:

Mental health crises

Emotional distress

Substance use challenges

Other life stressors

- Community-based peer-led center: providing support from trained peers who have lived experience with mental health or recovery challenges.

- Rose House: a short-term crisis respite program for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, providing a home-like alternative to psychiatric hospitalization for people in crisis.

Short-term stays (up to 7 days)

Voluntary participation

Recovery-focused support

Less restrictive than a hospital setting

- Care Coordination: for Medicaid-eligible individuals who need help managing medical, behavioral health, and social service needs.

Services include:

Linking to healthcare providers

Connecting to community resources

Coordinating multiple services and supports

- Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE Services):

Community-based services for eligible adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
