RCAL provides services such as independent living skills training, advocacy, peer counseling and adaptive equipment loans for individuals with disabilities; Independent Living, Inc. is a locally controlled, nonprofit agency operated by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Dedicated to advocating for the removal of physical and attitudinal barriers, striving to assist people with disabilities in their journey towards independence.
