City of Kingston’s Health & Wellness Commission with teams for aging, eating, healing & playing.
Live Well Kingston is a city commission that promotes health and wellness and has four sub‑teams—Age Well, Eat Well, Heal Well, and Play Well—each meeting monthly. The commission meets on the third Wednesday of the month and is coordinated by Emily Flynn.

Age Well Kingston - Coalition working to improve the quality of life for seniors in the City of Kingston.
Eat Well Kingston - Brings together people working on food security and systems to network and increase access to healthy, nourishing foods.
Grow Well Kingston - Supports access to community gardens in the City of Kingston.
Play Well Kingston - A group that works on increasing access to parks and public spaces in Kingston to play, exercise, and enjoy.
Travel Well Kingston - Work that increases access to safe walking and bicycling opportunities.
