Seasonal cooling and warming center offering shelter, meals and basic amenities during extreme weather.
When activated for extreme heat or cold, Ulster County’s warming and cooling center at the 2nda Iglesia La Mision Church provides beds, dinner, breakfast, and limited shower facilities for up to 20 individuals and their pets. The center operates from 4 PM until 8 AM
