Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County is dedicated to offering free or low-cost workshops on topics that range from how to garden to parenting and youth education.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County (CCEUC) deliver education programs, conduct applied research, and encourage community collaborations needs to local residents with unbiased, research-based information, tools and education that people have come to depend on and trust

- Relatives As Parents Program (RAPP) serves caregivers raising a relative’s child, offering educational workshops, support groups, family meals, youth programs and referrals. There is an emphasis on parenting skills development and child development.

- CCEUC offers free and low-cost Food and Nutrition educational workshops and useful information on food-related topics from food safety and nutrition to healthy eating on a limited budget.

- NYS 4-H Programs for Youth offers a number of annual programs.
