Astor Services provides behavioral health and educational programs for children and families, operating counseling centers in Kingston (490 Aaron Court), Ellenville (50 Center Street), and Highland (280 State Route 299). The centers provide outpatient mental health assessment and counseling for children and families, with walk-in intakes welcome Monday–Friday. Services include therapy, home-based crisis intervention, and special education schools. A separate medication refill line is available at (845) 516-7780
